I think that the problem with this story is that its super predictable. I knew what was going to happen from minute 1. It was very similar to most books you read. The characters weren't well developed. They started one way and stayed that way with no kind of character development or anything. Also for being the work of a Harvard graduate the book had really low vocab. Its perfect for a chill read at the beach or something because it isn't super heavy.
